Weekly ClasseS
1st Team Training offers several different 8-week programs for children aged 6-16. Each class is built around four activity stations focusing on: general movement, coordination, soccer technique and small-sided scrimmaging. Our unique curriculum can be used as the instrument to help children not only improve as soccer players, but also build self-confidence and socialization skills. As we develop our players to become young athletes, we understand that it is equally important that they are good people. Each practice session we focus on 5 core elements that we believe are essential to the game: Technical, Tactical, Physical, Psychological and Personal. Whether a player has the goal of playing competitively in college, or just wants to have fun with friends, we provide an environment where players of all ages and aspirations can reach their goals through soccer.
